Our commitment to service excellence extends to expert guidance assisting with special orders and, where possible, custom modifications and  selection of our Jewellery Collection pieces available for purchase on our site.

 

We work with you to bring your vision to life, provided that the design is within our production capabilities and meticulous standards of craftsmanship.

 

Please note:

 

• Special orders are crafted to meet your stated specifications and as such are all sales final, ineligible for return or refund.

 

• Payment in full is required upon approval of design.

 

• Computer Aided Designs (CAD), when available, are subject to a non-refundable fee.

 

• Once designs are approved and payment collected, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted.

 

• Special Order quotes are valid for two weeks. Outside of two weeks, pricing is subject to change.

 

• Most custom designs, once approved, are completed within a 8-12 week timeframe.

 

• Once you have completed the order. After confirmation, we will send a request for funds 50% deposit. Within 30 days after receipt of payment we will send your finished piece or you can personally collect from our salespeople.

 

• Special order items are available for von Paczinsky purchased diamonds only.

Customer satisfaction is our goal, however, von Paczinsky  reserves the right to decline custom designs.
